No Returns Policy

At LunaEternal, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please review product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Refunds – Limited & Case-Based

Refunds are only offered in rare and specific circumstances, subject to verification. In some cases where refund is not possible , some gift cards are offered.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a defective item

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or clearly inadequate quality

Proof Required

To request a refund, customers must provide clear proof, including:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Original packaging

  • Order number or proof of purchase

Requests without sufficient evidence will not be approved.


Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, LunaEternal reserves the right to offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A partial or full refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a refund is approved, customers may place a new order separately if desired.
